Your Right to Data Deletion
Under applicable data protection law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021
on Personal Data Protection, individuals have the right to request the deletion of their
personal data held within our systems, subject to certain legal and operational limitations.
Who can submit a request?
Current or former staff members, collection agents, or any individual whose personal data
has been processed through the Al Qada Claims Recovery Services CRM system.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
You may request deletion of the following types of personal data:
- Your user account and login credentials.
- Your personal profile information (name, email, contact details).
- Activity logs and login history associated with your account.
- Email and SMTP configuration tied to your account.
Please note: Some data cannot be deleted where retention is required by law,
contractual obligation, or for the resolution of ongoing legal proceedings. This includes
case records, financial transactions, agreements, and audit trail entries in which you were
a participating party. We will inform you of any limitations that apply to your request.
Submit a Deletion Request
Complete the form below. We will review your request and respond within 30 days.
What Happens Next?
- Your request is logged and assigned to the system administrator.
- We will verify your identity before processing the deletion.
- You will receive a written response at the email provided within 30 days.
- If your request is granted, we will confirm the data deleted and any data retained with reasons.
- If your request is denied in whole or in part, we will explain why.
