Terms of Service — Al Qada Claims Recovery Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Al Qada Claims Recovery Services CRM system ("the System"), you confirm that you are an authorised employee, agent, or contractor of Al Qada Claims Recovery Services ("Al Qada", "we", "us", "our") and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the System.

2. Authorised Use

The System is provided exclusively for internal business operations. Authorised use includes:

Managing client cases, debtors, leads, tasks, and related communications.
Generating and managing invoices, agreements, quotations, and financial records.
Tracking and recording case activity, follow-ups, and call logs.
Collaborating with colleagues on assigned tasks and cases within your role's scope.

Any use of the System outside of these purposes or in violation of applicable law is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts & Credentials

Each user is issued a unique set of login credentials. You are responsible for:

Keeping your username and password strictly confidential.
Not sharing your credentials with any other person, including colleagues.
Logging out of the System when your session is complete, especially on shared devices.
Promptly notifying the system administrator if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Al Qada reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if a breach of these terms is suspected.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Access data, records, or modules outside the permissions assigned to their role.
Export, copy, or distribute client or debtor data outside the System without prior written authorisation.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security control or access restriction.
Introduce malicious code, scripts, or unauthorised software into the System.
Use the System for any personal, commercial, or unlawful purpose.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user.

5. Data Ownership & Confidentiality

All data entered into or generated by the System — including client records, debtor information, case files, financial data, and communications — is the exclusive property of Al Qada Claims Recovery Services. This data is strictly confidential.

Users acknowledge that any unauthorised disclosure, reproduction, or use of this data, both during and after their engagement with Al Qada, may constitute a breach of confidentiality obligations and applicable UAE law.

6. Intellectual Property

The System, including its design, functionality, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Al Qada Claims Recovery Services. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the System or its components.

7. Availability & Modifications

Al Qada does not guarantee that the System will be available at all times. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the System at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from downtime or changes to the System.

8. Monitoring & Audit

Activity within the System is logged and subject to monitoring by authorised administrators. This includes login history, actions performed, and data accessed. By using the System, you consent to this monitoring for the purposes of security, compliance, and operational oversight.

9. Termination of Access

Access to the System will be revoked upon termination of employment or contract with Al Qada. Users are required to cease all use of the System immediately upon termination. Any data retained from the System beyond the date of termination must be returned or securely destroyed upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Qada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the System. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the value of the service provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

Al Qada reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the System after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
