By accessing and using the Al Qada Claims Recovery Services CRM system ("the System"), you confirm that you are an authorised employee, agent, or contractor of Al Qada Claims Recovery Services ("Al Qada", "we", "us", "our") and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the System.

6. Intellectual Property

The System, including its design, functionality, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Al Qada Claims Recovery Services. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the System or its components.


7. Availability & Modifications

Al Qada does not guarantee that the System will be available at all times. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the System at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from downtime or changes to the System.


8. Monitoring & Audit

Activity within the System is logged and subject to monitoring by authorised administrators. This includes login history, actions performed, and data accessed. By using the System, you consent to this monitoring for the purposes of security, compliance, and operational oversight.


9. Termination of Access

Access to the System will be revoked upon termination of employment or contract with Al Qada. Users are required to cease all use of the System immediately upon termination. Any data retained from the System beyond the date of termination must be returned or securely destroyed upon request.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Qada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the System. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the value of the service provided.


11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.


12. Changes to These Terms

Al Qada reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the System after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
